Tmap Taxi, an app widely used by Korean drivers, was renewed with expanded features such as Tmap integration and Syrup Pay payment options. As part of this redesign, we developed motion graphics centered on a taxi illustration, using the intuitive visual of a taxi in motion as the base concept. To convey a sense of tension while maintaining a calm, wave-like movement that would not interfere with app usability, we carefully tested various speeds to achieve a refined animation. Additionally, for the taxi-finding feature, icon shapes on the taxi illustration were designed to change according to success or failure, making the status easy for users to recognize at a glance.
